Yes. Cancel before your first payment and you owe nothing; after that, cancel any month. Paid yearly? Cancel within 30 days of a yearly payment and we refund it in full. There’s no contract, and you can do it yourself from your billing page.

Yes. Your preview is a first draft built from what’s public about your business, so an hour or a price may be out of date. Tell us in your details or on an optional 30-minute call; you confirm a written recap before you pick a plan, and we make the changes before launch. After launch, updates follow your plan: 1 small update a month on Starter, $100 of updates every month on Growth.

No problem; looking costs nothing. If you like the redesign, you have two ways to keep it: move to one of our plans and we handle the switch, or buy the design once for $990 and keep working with your current person. Either way your domain and email stay where they are.

Yes. $990 once, or 3 payments of $330. We put it on your own hosting and connect your domain, or host it for $19 a month. On a plan you get there too: every payment counts toward the $990, and once your payments reach it the files are yours: after 35 monthly payments on Starter (almost 3 years) or 10 on Growth. Yes, any time, from your billing page. Moving up or down takes effect right away, and the price difference shows on your next invoice.

A change to text, a photo, prices, hours or one existing section. Starter includes 1 a month; each extra one is $25. Unused updates do not carry over. A new page is $75, and bigger work gets a fixed price first: we never start paid work until you approve the price.

Growth includes $100 of updates every month, at $25 a small update and $75 a new page: for example 4 small updates, or 1 new page and 1 small update. Unused value does not carry over.

Always. Your domain is registered in your own name, and you pay its renewal at your registrar (about $15 to $25 a year). Don’t have one? We register one in your name for $49, or send you simple steps to do it yourself, and we connect it to your new site for you.

Yes. We register a new domain in your name for $49, with you as the legal owner from the first day, and connect it to your site. That covers the first year of a standard name (.com, .net, .org, .co or .us); premium or more expensive names are quoted first. From the second year the registrar bills you directly, about $15 to $25 a year. Email on the domain (like you@yourbusiness.com) is not included. The $49 is not refundable once the domain is registered, and the domain stays yours if you cancel your plan.

Your domain renewal each year (about $15 to $25), card fees and delivery commissions charged by services like Square or DoorDash, and sales tax where it applies. Those accounts are in your name; we connect them and you stay the owner.

Nothing changes. Connecting your domain to the new site touches only the website address, never your email, so it keeps working wherever it is today.

Yes. We build your first website from your Google, Facebook or Yelp page and your photos, and show it to you free. Same plans, same prices. Get your free preview.

Yes. A service business lives on calls and quotes, so your site leads with a quote form and a tap-to-call button, then the proof people look for: photos of your work, your license and insurance, your service area and your reviews. On Growth we also keep your Google listing current, which is where most “near me” searches end.

Yes, as a quoted add-on: we translate your site and keep both versions up to date. Ask for a quote.

Yes. Every plan payment counts toward the $990 design, so you pay the difference, if any: after 35 monthly payments on Starter (almost 3 years) or 10 on Growth they’re yours free (paying yearly: the 4th yearly payment on Starter, the 2nd on Growth); after 3 months of Growth ($297 paid) they cost $693. Showing is easier than explaining: it’s much simpler to decide when you can click through the finished site. Your preview is private, hidden from search engines, and we take it down if you’re not interested.
